Plymouth Social Enterprise Network (PSEN) has launched a Social Enterprise Strategy – a five-year plan to boost Plymouth's social enterprises and help create a greener, fairer economy. The plan also aims to retain and build on Plymouth's reputation as the UK's leading social enterprise city.
