The Playing Pitches Delivery Plan for Plymouth Policy Area (PPA) 2018 to 2021 is a delivery plan for the policies of the Plymouth and South West Devon Joint Local Plan. It will be used to protect and improve playing pitches in the PPA in order to fulfil their sporting, health and social value.
